As with everyone else in our communities, we are deeply concerned about the effect of the coronavirus (COVID-19) on our employees, our customers and your patients. Our hearts go out to those who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we join everyone in our appreciation of our healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this coronavirus.

CPA Site Solutions is placing our employees, customers and community first. Please consider us a supportive resource to help you communicate and provide critical updates your clients.

To support the needs of your firm, here are a few steps we can help you take during this crisis:

• Send an email to your clients informing them of your status. We have created a COVID-19 coronavirus email for you to send to your clients from the Email Marketing System. This email provides a template for you to communicate with your clients and specifically reminds them of your ability to receive documents via your Secure Firm Portal. You can find information about how to send the email here.
• Add a COVID-19 coronavirus page for you to your website. This will ensure your clients know you are vigilant and doing everything you can to protect your practice. We have created a COVID-19 coronavirus page for you to add to your website. It can be easily added to give your clients information regarding your process for maintaining a healthy environment in your office. You can easily add it yourself or contact us to add it for you.
• Update your office hours on your website and your social media channels. Our Member Services team is on standby and can help you add a message on your website for any updates on office closures right on your home page. We are also able to help you update your Google My Business section, if you have a change in your office schedule.

We are here for you. All offices will remain open and hours are unchanged. Our team is standing by to answer any questions or make any changes you need to your website to help you through this time at 800-896-4500. We are maintaining normal business hours to answer your questions. As the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, our team is ready and standing by to support you.
