You can't teach going the extra mile, it takes insight and understanding.

Today, Mark from CPA Site Solutions provided training and tech support to our team in the areas of preservation and limiting access to batches of historical data that had to be moved from one location to another. We wanted to preserve the time and date stamping for authentication of data files, while at the same time, providing another satellite office the ability to view the information, with secure protection in place. I learned the scope of technical training and flexibility of the systems in place that enabled us to get answers and immediate help to complete the process. Mark initiated enhanced password protection, and explained in detail the reasons why some passwords appear to be valid, yet fail when you need to employ them. I never knew it was so complicated. All characters appear equal to me, but like developers and tech support, they are vastly different. Today, I experienced training that was in an area that I thought I was very knowledgeable. Research doesn't begin to explain their approach. Yes, we're very appreciative of the technical writing for the newsletter that CPA Site Solutions does, but Mark popped into our firm today, through the screen and was looking at the issue from our perspective. He asked about what the ramifications we were looking to prevent, and what we needed to accomplish. Mark presented the options, and the risks and advantages for each. Thank you, CPA Site Solutions team for recognizing an individual with a strong technical background in operating systems, applications and for training them in the ever growing list of features embedded in your software. We all look to push the envelope and explore where the software can be utilized to focus our time and energy on helping clients realize their dreams. Mark managed to have have one foot in our office, and the other in the computer. You can't teach going the extra mile, it takes insight and understanding. It takes someone listening between the words, and applying the power of the software.
