The design process starts with you. To help us understand what you like in a website, find at least 5 websites that you'd like to emulate.

A good place to start is with our 250 ready-to-go website templates. Please use this list to help you identify specific elements you like.
After we receive your design element preferences, we create and send over a mockup. This part of the process will involve some back and forth as we perfect your design.
This is the time to polish and fine-tune the design to ensure it's exactly what you want.
You get up to three rounds of mockups. Feel free to include as many changes as you want per round (but we often get it right in the first or second round).
Once you're happy with the final design, you're done! We put the pieces together and in a few days your new website will be live!
As long as you're clear with your preferences in Step 1, then this shouldn't happen. However, if it does then we simply bill at our design rate of $99/hr for any additional work.
Absolutely no problem! Our goal is to give you the site you want. However, because this falls outside the original scope of work, any changes made after you've approved the final design will be billed at our design rate of $99/hr.
For example, if you decide two months down the road that you want to use a new set of images, we're happy to do it for you, but our custom design rate will apply.

Generally, the entire process takes between one and two months. However, the exact timeframe depends on a number of factors, including the time involved with mockup reviews and the volume of design requests in the queue.
