"I just wanted to let you know that we continue to be awed by CPA Site Solutions' service. Here is a report given by our customer relationship manager at our recent staff meeting:
'...the web site has received 30 responses, most of which are international inquiries. Approximately 20 percent of these inquiries have turned into business, generating around $12,000 in fees.'
We continue to receive compliments on the site weekly. In addition, we have canceled one of our quarterly newsletters (costing us approximately $1900 yearly to produce, process and mail) and are replacing it with the online newsletter. This change will provide our clients with three times as much information at a cost of zero dollars to the firm.
A side note - I recently received a nice bonus and pay increase (in addition to our annual pay raises that occur May 1). I know part of the increase was due to the success of the web site. Many thanks for improving both the firm's bottom line and my bottom line!"
