A very special Thank You to Grant and Jasper!

This is a very special Thank You to Grant, a member of your support team, who was very helpful to me two or three times this year. Once, maybe four weeks ago, I had a client who was having problems with the 2nd Tier Authentication security enhancement program you have and I got my troubled client and Grant together by telephone and he walked her through the process of breaking through that six-digit code business. Later my client called me, just euphoric that she and Grant were able to get together by phone so he could walk her through the process. At first, she had been about ready to say, "Forget it! I'll find another CPA who works through a less clunky security system!!" but after she worked with Grant, it was "Oh, Thearon, that man who helped me was SUCH a GREAT HELP!!" I'm sure she'll be back again next year! Thank you, Grant, for your thoughtful, helpful and very patient help, not only to me, but in that case, to one of my clients as well. CPASiteSolutions, you've got a good man in Grant! Don't let him go!! He's the kind of guy every company salivates over having on their staff!!! ..... ..... Client Follow up: ..... ..... A fellow by the name of Jasper, a friend of Grant, answered when I called today for help with re-structuring/ fine-tuning our website. My first question was, "Is Grant there? Or...?" and he said that Grant was not at work today, then continued, "...but is there something that, potentially, I could help you with?" I told him that clearly there's almost certainly POTENTIAL...! And we both laughed. So, we went to work together and he took probably an hour with me getting this changed, that deleted, the other thing tweaked... Jasper, along with Grant, is a great young man! I was very impressed and pleased! So now, I'm prepared to say, whatever you do, CPASiteSolutions, DO NOT lose EITHER Grant OR JASPER!! They're great fellows and I appreciate each and both of them.
